Our travel advisors will provide you with direct web links to book your flights, transfers, train/bus/ferry tickets, accommodations, visas, party/tour/sightseeing tickets and more yourself. You will also receive typical costs for the country you’re in, suggested budgets to plan for and money saving tips.
We believe in making travel as affordable as possible so we always provide you with well researched options and discounts when available. This allows you to be in full control of your trip at the lowest possible price. 1. Discovery
We want to get to know who you are and what your interests are. We’ll need to know where you want to go, when you want to go, and what activities are you most interested in (pub crawls, beaches, sightseeing). After you decide how many countries you want to visit and before checking out, you will be prompted to fill out our trip information form. An advisor will be in touch within 48 hours to provide an initial proposal with recommendations.
2. Design
We will work closely with you and our network of local advisors to provide the options that best suit your tastes. The proposal will have multiple cheap flight options including: The most affordable direct, the overall cheapest, and flights recommended by us. You will receive recommended transport options between cities or countries and the links to book them. Multiple accommodation options will be provided per destination ranked on how they match your preferences. The proposal will also include all the recommended tours, activities and nightlife options.
3. Book
When you are ready to book get back in contact with us. We will review anything that still needs to be booked in advance to find new prices or revise if necessary. We always recommend booking around 2 months in advance to ensure you receive the best prices and full availability.
4. Prepare
Right before you travel we will contact you to check that you have everything you need. We will make you aware of any new festivals or events that have been planned for while you are visiting.
5. Experience
We are available around the clock throughout your trip in case you need to reach us. If at any time you need a recommendation for where to go on a night out, help booking new accommodation or to find a new travel ticket, we can help.
