Skiing & Snowboarding - Innsbruck is one of the most popular ski destinations in Europe. There are different ski resorts around the city, all they are all easily reachable by hopping on the ski buses.

Nordkette Cable Car - The Nordkette cable car can take you directly from the city centre of Innsbruck to the top of the Nordkette mountain, where you can have a breathtaking panoramic view of the Austrian mountains.

Après Ski - A wide variety of venues are available either on the mountains or in the old town where you can have a drink of your choice inside or outside.

Summer Activities

Cycling -either on the mountains or through the city. Austria is really into cycling and there are routes that lead you up into the mountains. Downhill cycling is also available once all the snow has melted.

Hiking - the Alpine regions surrounding Innsbruck offer challenging and picturesque routes for hikers. There are around 50 well-established tracks in and around the city to choose from and offers both challenging climbs as well as easier routes.

Nightlife

Innsbruck has around 200 bars and pubs throughout the city so expect buzzing nightlife. Students, locals, travelers – everyone heading out unites in Innenstadt (old town). This is where the bars and cafes are lined up along the streets.
